These Terms of Service govern your use of dearestmoment.co.uk and any orders you place with Dearest Moment Printery, operated by Hana Mama Ltd. By placing an order for personalised photo magnets or any other product, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products & Custom Orders 


  • All personalised fridge magnets, custom photo magnets, and related products are made to order using photos provided by you. By placing an order, you confirm that:

    • You own or have the legal right to use all photos submitted

    • Photos do not contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content belonging to a third party

    • You have reviewed and approved your photo selection before checkout

    As each personalised magnet is uniquely crafted for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns once production has begun — except in cases of fault or error on our part.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept:
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay & Google Pay
• Shopify Payments

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time — the price shown at checkout is final. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

4. Order Confirmation & Production

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Your personalised photo magnets will enter production within 1 working day. Production typically takes 1–2 working days before dispatch.

Please ensure all photo uploads and personalisation details are correct before submitting your order. We are unable to make amendments once production has started.

5. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver personalised fridge magnets across the UK and internationally. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days

• Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days

• Next Day Delivery: Order before 1pm on working days

• International Delivery: 5–10 working days

Free standard delivery is available on UK orders over £49. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our custom photo magnets, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

• Faulty or damaged on arrival

• Significantly different from what was ordered due to our error

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@dearestmoment.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a reprint or full refund at our discretion.

For non-personalised items, our standard 30-day return policy applies. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Gift Cards

Dearest Moment Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards can be used on any product at dearestmoment.co.uk

8. Intellectual Property

All content on dearestmoment.co.uk - including images, logos, text and designs - is the intellectual property of Hana Mama Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.
By uploading photos to create your personalised magnets, you grant Dearest Moment a limited licence to use those images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will never use your photos for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Hana Mama Ltd shall not be liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products

    • Losses caused by photos of insufficient quality submitted by the customer

    • Delivery delays caused by third-party couriers

    Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of your order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Your Consumer Rights

FAs a UK consumer, you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These rights are not affected by our Terms of Service. For personalised goods made to your specification, the right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once production has commenced.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available at dearestmoment.co.uk/policies/terms-of-service. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Last updated: April 2026
